1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a clear understanding.

• "Platform" or "Site" — tvaji's website and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who has created an account on tvaji or is using its services.
• "We" or "tvaji" — the entity operating the tvaji platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created through registration on the platform.
• "Balance" — the real money held in your account.
• "Bonus Balance" — funds received as a promotion or bonus that are withdrawable subject to meeting specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the amount that must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To use tvaji's services, you must be at least 21 years of age. Only persons aged 21 or above may open an account and participate in games. We may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age.

2.2 One Account Only

Each person may open only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be suspended and all bonuses will be cancelled. Operating more than one account under the same name, address, or device is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. tvaji reserves the right to close an account and forfeit the balance if false or misleading information is provided. If any of your details change after registration, you must notify the support team immediately.

2.4 Verification Process

tvaji follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested to verify your identity, age, and payment method. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify tvaji support immediately.

• Protecting your account from unauthorized access is your own responsibility.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• Avoid logging in from public computers or networks.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tvaji currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposits made through any other method may not be refundable.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is ৳500. This limit applies equally across all payment methods.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• tvaji may request the necessary documents in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tvaji offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, applied on the bonus amount only. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you can withdraw bonus winnings after placing ৳20,000 in bets. No wagering requirement applies to the deposited amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer must be activated within a specified time limit.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the set period after bonus activation.
• tvaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be cancelled.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.

5.4 VIP Program

tvaji's VIP program has 5 tiers in total: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. The criteria for moving to a higher tier are set by tvaji and are subject to change.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All games available on tvaji (slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, etc.) are governed by specific game rules. These rules can be found within each game.

6.2 Technical Errors

Results arising from software or network errors will be considered void. Bets involved in such situations will be refunded. tvaji is not liable for any loss resulting from a technical failure.

6.3 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, the odds and rules in effect at the time a bet is placed will apply. tvaji reserves the right to determine outcomes in accordance with its own rules in the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or relocated.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tvaji platform:

• Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in the system.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial means to play games.
• Using multiple accounts or false identities.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Abusing the platform's bonus system.
• Coordinating bets with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to interfere with the security of the platform.
• Harassing or insulting tvaji staff or other users.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 tvaji's Rights

tvaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time without notice for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Providing false information or concealing identity.
• Attempting to interfere with technical security.

11.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time. After receiving your request, we will complete verification and return any remaining balance. Verified bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirement will be cancelled at the time of account closure.

12. Changes to Terms & Legal Matters

12.1 Right to Make Changes

tvaji reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified as early as reasonably possible. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the specific terms of each game or promotion together form the entire agreement between tvaji and the user.
